Terms and Conditions
At Flair Sàrl, representing flair, a creative consultancy for brand excellence blending design, communications, and management expertise, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for participants of our upcoming event, which includes both a dinner and a conference. To facilitate this, we have outlined key points applicable to all attendees:
Applicability
Flair, a creative consultancy agency with a registered office at Avenue de Vevey 30, 1009 Pully, organizes the Tribal Gathering event. Flair Sàrl (hereinafter referred to as flair) facilitates participation in the event for both business and private customers (hereinafter referred to as "attendee" - male and female form for simplification purposes) under the following conditions. All prices for event participation are in Swiss francs, abbreviated to CHF.
Conclusion
Registration for the event constitutes a binding agreement between the attendee and Flair. Registration is completed online, and confirmation of registration is sent via email.
Event Details
Information provided to attendees about the event is based on accurate details provided by various contributors and may be subject to change. Flair endeavors to provide comprehensive and realistic descriptions of the event. Any discrepancies in event details will be communicated promptly.
Registration Fees
All published registration fees are subject to change based on market conditions. Fees are advertised in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding 8.1% VAT as well as the web platform provider’s managing fees. The fees confirmed upon registration will apply to attendees.
Event Schedule and Availability
Events will be conducted according to the published schedule. In case of any changes, attendees will be notified promptly. Attendance outside Switzerland may be subject to additional customs and tax fees, which attendees are responsible for.
Payment
Registration fees must be paid in advance to confirm attendance. Flair accepts only credit card payments processed through WIX Payments. Payment is due upon registration confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Flair respects the value of well-planned events and encourages thoughtful attendance. Attendees are encouraged to consider their participation carefully as registration fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, requests for refunds may be considered, at Flair’s discretion.
Intellectual Property
Flair reserves all rights to event materials including designs, text, and graphics. Any reproduction or distribution of event materials requires prior written consent from Flair.
Data Protection
Flair ensures compliance with Swiss data protection laws when handling attendee information. Information collected during the registration process is used solely for event-related purposes. Attendees agree to the use of their data for event management purposes.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions, along with all event-related contracts, are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the event is Zurich.
Final Provisions
The terms and conditions applicable at the time of event registration will prevail. Flair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary, with updates published on the event website.
Privacy Policy
At Flair, we prioritize the privacy of our event attendees.
We do not share attendee information with third parties unless required for event management, payment processing, or legal compliance. Attendee data may be used for internal analysis to improve event services.
